Makerspace

Hello Librarians!

We hope you well as you are busy being a librarian! We would like to share some free STEM and Maker resources for your upper elementary and middle school libraries. We have developed easy to follow program guides and tips & tricks for several STEM-rich Making activities such as paper circuits, squishy circuits, Scratch, e-textiles, and more. They have been tested and vetted in Utah school libraries, the librarians found them to be usable and manageable activities. We’ve also included shopping lists and links to sites with the best prices for purchasing STEM/Maker supplies.  We hope you find them helpful when planning activities in your library.

These free online resources can be found at library-making.usu.edu. If you have any questions, please reach out. We’d love to help!
